Acrylic Pens

Acrylic pen blanks are small blocks of manufactured acrylic, typically polyester based, that are used as the raw material for making acryic pens. They are typically square in shape and are carefully selected for their pattern and color. Making an acrylic pen from an acrylic pen blank typically involves turning the blank on a lathe to shape it into a pen body, drilling a hole for the pen mechanism, and then sanding and polishing the acrylic to bring out its beauty and uniqueness.
