Purple Heart also scientifically known as Peltogyne is a tropical hardwood native to Central and South America known for its vibrant and vivid violet hues. Purple Heart is also seen as a symbol of strength and longevity as well as a totem of nature's ability to create something extraordinary.  This wood is considered rare due to it's source in Central and South America.  Our blanks are responsibly sourced and come from the by-products of other harvesting methods.
